We are currently working with a lovely SEN school located in Bromley, who is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join their school ASAP.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be supporting Primary aged Special Educational Needs students with Autism.
The hours are 8:30am to 3:30pm.
Pay rate £75 -£85 per day.
This is an exciting time to join this wonderful Special Educational Needs School that's service takes the lead across Bromley for the fantastic support and facilities that they provide. They provide an Outreach Team and other specialist guidance across all settings, including working with children and staff to provide good ASD practice.
The facilities at the school have been carefully planned and include play equipment for students, outdoor fitness equipment, sports hall, drama area, two sensory rooms, a sensory garden, soft play, recording studio, art and design room, food technology room, environmental studies room and additional outside play space.
What we need from you;
Experience of supporting children with ASD and Challenging Behaviours.
Have a vibrant, dynamic, and enthusiastic attitude towards working with children and be willing to be part of a team!
Knowledge/experience supporting students within SEN school's or provisions would be an advantage.
A DBS that is either within a year or on the update service.
