Geography, History or R.E Teacher / Humanities ECT

Future Education are currently recruiting for History, Geography or R.E Teachers to join our amazing local schools across the Merton area. This is a Full Time Permanent role from September 2022.

Are you currently training to become a fully qualified History, Geography or R.E Teacher?

Or are you an experienced Humanities Teacher that is looking for a brand-new challenge in an outstanding school?

If you are, we would love to hear from you about this permanent Humanities Teacher role.

The successful Humanities Teacher will be expected to teach either History/Geography/RE or a mixture of all three at KS3 & KS4. The applicant will be joining a department that is well resourced and has a supportive and approachable head of department.

Person Specification:

ECT/ Experienced Teacher - History, Geography or R.E

• Must hold British QTS
• Enhanced DBS on update service
• Up to date Safeguarding training
• Good subject & curriculum knowledge
• The ability to teach at least one Humanities subject to KS4
• Able to motivate and encourage students to achieve their goals
• Can deliver consistently good lessons
