Future Education are working alongside a SEN College based in the Bromley area that are searching for Graduates to join their apprenticeship program as Graduate Teaching Assistants.

What the role offers you:

  • You will be earning £21,000 to £25,000 per annum
  • A permanent placement for 2/3 years
  • Various pathways - working towards gaining Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)or working up to gaining a Level 3 Qualification as a Teaching Assistant
  • Further develop skills and undertake professional development

In this full-time position, you will be providing specialist support to young adults with ASD and other Special Educational Needs. You will empower pupils to be active participants in helping to create a safe, stimulating atmosphere, which they value and enjoy. On an average day, your outstanding teaching talents will provide carefully differentiated learning experiences, both social and academic, appropriate to age, ability and needs. Your compassionate approach will reinforce key values such as inclusivity, enablement and openness which help to broaden the pupil's prospects.
