As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, your role will be to:
- Show kindness and compassion towards all
- Use positive body language and voice
- Help to further this already positive working environment
- Encourage teamwork and develop skills for students
- Manage behavioural situations
As a school with a nurturing approach to education and social development for children with special educational needs, you must be ready to adapt in order to provide the students with the assistance they need, as they provide a wide range of differing subjects and activities.
This role offers £80 to £90 a day and will require:
- The ability to commute to Croydon
- A full DBS check
- SEN experience
- Ability to work with students of a wide variety of special educational needs
