Behaviour Mentor / Secondary School / Croydon
Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor who is looking to make a positive change within in a secondary school this year?
A mainstream secondary school in Croydon is looking to recruit a Behaviour Mentor to join their team in September 2021. This would be working closely with students that have challenging behaviours developing strategically targeted behaviour plans with them. You would also be working in the schools internal exclusion unit and ensuring students are focused and on task. Liaising closely with the pastoral team and student parents will also be a key part of this role, therefore good communication skills is an essential.
The school as been graded as good by Ofsted but is looking to develop and gain outstanding status by their next ofsted report and a great way to do this is by improvement in overall school behaviour. The schools have a great forward thinking Senior Leadership Team who will help to support you and maximise your potential.
