We are currently working with a Secondary SEN School in Sutton who are looking for a SEN Learning Support Assistant to start after the half term break.
As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will be working with year 7 and year 8 students of have Autism and other complex needs.
As a SEN Learning Support Assistant Ideally, you will:
The school specialises in meeting the needs of students who have Speech, Language and Communication difficulties and provides placements for students from a wide range of local authorities.
The school is a small special school that provides education for up to 60 students, aged between 11-16 with an additional provision for students aged 16-19.
Establishing and developing relationships with parents and carers is a central part of their philosophy. Children learn best when the school and parents work together, and they value the contribution that parents make to the school and endeavour to provide many opportunities for quality collaboration.
