SEN Teaching Assistant

During your time at this SEN School in Sutton your extensive skills will help a team of highly-skilled and kindhearted staff members to support the pupil's aspirations. You will achieve this by learning and adopting various teaching styles to meet their individual needs.

This role offers SEN Teaching Assistants:

• Outstanding pay rate of £70-£80 per day
• A multitude of positions, both short term and long term
• Professional and sustained support from our team of experienced consultants throughout all placements

You will be assisting children with a variety of SEN needs such as autism (ASD), ADHD and various other challenging behaviours. Your talents will help Key Stages 3-5 in small classes where you will raise, monitor and celebrate the achievements of our students.

To work at this excellent SEN School, they require the following:

• Enhanced DBS on the update service
• Be able to commute to Sutton, Merton, Morden and other local areas
• Relevant experience with challenging behaviours ( For example: you could have worked as a Care Assistant, Support Worker or Youth Worker / or a similar career path)
• Comfortable in 1-1 sessions and small groups
