This SEN school need Care Assistants to assist children who have a range of needs, for example, many of the children are diagnosed with autism.
This role offers :

As your role will support SEN students it will involve:
Encouraging positive social relations with peers
Empowering pupils to actively participate
Promoting the general progress and well-being of individual students
Employing various strategies that cater for different learning abilities
Supporting a student on a 1-1 basis

Experience in a safe guarded setting
Flexibility to work across different age groups and classes
The ability to create and maintain relationships with strong communication skills
Creative personality that's willing to learn and explore various approaches
