Future Education are recruiting for either a Support Worker or Youth Worker who is looking for either an SEN TA or LSA in a Greenwich Alternative Provision. You will have experience working with children & young people in some capacity. The client is recruiting for a full time and long term SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) who preferably has SEN or mainstream school experience working with behaviour difficulties (ie SEMH/ ASD/ ADHD/ challenging behaviour). You will be available immediately with an in-date DBS with the update service or willing to put on in process ASAP!

 

Popular and vibrant provision in Greenwich with a great sense of community! Their students are encouraged to do their utmost to be the best they can be. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) would be working with students on a 1:1 basis including small groups (KS3, KS4 & 5 levels).

  • Experience as either a child’s support worker/ Youth Worker or already an SEN TA
  • Experience with children with SEN (challenging behaviour/ ASD/ ADHD/ SEMH)
  • Can build a strong empathy and rapport with your students
  • You are a resilient and dedicated Youth Worker / SEN TA/ Support Worker who doesn’t take things to heart
  • Your SEN experience must be in either a mainstream or SEN setting or youth centre.
  • Easily accessible to the Greenwich borough
  • In date DBS with the update service OR open to putting a new one in process
