SEN Teaching assistant jobs in Lewisham
If you’re looking for a move or a chance to begin your career as a SEN Teaching Assistant in a vibrant primary or secondary Special Educational Needs School based across two sites in Lewisham, then this could be the ideal role for you!
I am recruiting for SEN Teaching Assistants who are available to work part-time/full-time and have a passion to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The school is based over two separate sites, accommodating both Primary and Secondary aged students.
This wonderful school aims to inspire the pupils (from Early Years to Post 16) to be ambitious through supporting them to achieve their potential. The facilities are specifically designed for children and young adults with Autism.
Experience/knowledge of supporting children with ASD and challenging behaviour’s is an advantage and a DBS check is essential; which can be run through Future Education.
SEN Teaching Assistants will be supporting students on a 1:1 basis, or in small groups whilst focusing on using different techniques to ensure that each and every pupil achieves their potential.
