Are you looking for a new role as a Teaching Assistant supporting students with Special Educational Needs? If so, we would love to hear from you!

 

We are currently recruiting for a number of SEN Teaching Assistants for a SEN School in Lambeth. You will be supporting Secondary aged SEN students between the ages of 11-19, with complex needs including Autism, Down syndrome, Speech, language and communication difficulties, PMLD and Medical Needs.

 

There are full time roles and will be to start in September. The salary is negotiable depending on experience.

 

This is an amazing school with extremely friendly and approachable staff, as well as a lovely management team. The facilities at the school are fantastic and they work very closely with speech therapists, occupational therapist, family worker and full time work experience coordinator.

 

All teaching assistants must have;

  • Registered DBS or be willing to set up a new one
  • Experience of supporting SEN students with Complex Needs
  • An enthusiastic and ‘can do’ attitude to supporting Special Educational Needs students
  • Additional training such as; Team Teach is desirable
