Strong Behaviour Mentor
Future Education are currently looking for Strong Behaviour Mentors to work within the SEN Team. Your role will be working 1:1 or in small groups mostly catering for young people with challenging behaviour and SEMH.
Ideally, you will:
As a strong Behaviour Mentor, you will support and facilitate pupil's academic, social and personal development encouraging pupils to develop their social skills. You will be incorporating creative activities to support learning whilst using resources to ensure lessons fun, visual and creative. You will also have to deal with challenging behaviour so it is vital you build a strong rapport with the student.
