Are you a resilient Behaviour Mentor with experience working with SEMH?
Future Education are looking for Behaviour Mentors to work one to one or in small groups with children and young people who have SEMH and challenging behaviour.
This school is based in Croydon and caters for children from KS1 up until KS4. If you prefer Primary or Secondary you will be put forward for the relevant age group.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supporting students on a 1:1 basis, or in small groups
- Concentrating on using different techniques to make sure that each and every pupil achieves their goals.
- Inspiring children to reach their potential
- Manage challenging behaviour
The ideal Person for this position will have:
- Experience/knowledge of supporting young people with SEMH
- Updated clear DBS
- Great communication skills
- Capability to remain calm
- Punctual
- Reliable
- A sense of humour
- To be able to build rapport with children and young people
