Teaching Assistant

We are currently working with Secondary schools within the Croydon who are looking for experienced Teaching Assistants, that can work Full-time initially on a temporary basis with the opportunity of going permanent!

We are looking for passionate Secondary School Teaching Assistants that are adaptable to working in different schools and have the motivation and experience to engage and support in a classroom.

Teaching Assistant job role can include:

• The job is based in classes from KS3 and KS4.
• To provide support to those identified students that need extra help whether it be 1:1 or whole class scenarios
• Providing support to the class teacher and preparing the classroom for lessons and activities to ensure students needs are being met.
• Have great behaviour management skills
• To be able to assist in monitoring students progress and feedback to the teacher

The following is required:

• Adaptability & flexibility
• A clean Enhanced DBS on the update service
• Relevant experience within a secondary school setting
• The ability to interact with pupils to impact on teaching and learning.
• Be available immediately
