Future Education are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants in the surrounding areas of Croydon. We have available vacancies that range from Full time, Part time, Long Term and Daily Supply.
Rates of pay between £70-£80 per day plus Refer A Friend bonus scheme
The Role:
- Working with pupils who require support in KS3 and KS4
- You will be assisting the class teacher by helping with 1:1 or small groups
- Offering support and empathy to children requiring assistance
- Have strong behaviour management in the classroom
- Develop great relationships with both the children and staff members
The ideal applicant will be happy to take morning bookings for ad hoc supply
As a Teaching Assistant you will be working in different schools and must be adaptable as well as can motivate and engage children. We are looking for Teaching Assistants to work on long term, short term, and day to day roles within an extensive range of Secondary Schools throughout surrounding areas of Croydon.
The Successful applicant should have:
- Up to date training in Safeguarding
- Clear and current enhanced DBS on the update service
- The ability to interact with pupils to impact on teaching and learning
- Exceptional communication skills, energy and a positive 'hands on' attitude
